Originally from Germantown, TN, Brandon Buck has built an impressive career as both a real estate investor and a dedicated professional in medical sales. A 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Brandon’s early experiences in his Phi Gamma Delta fraternity laid the groundwork for his passion for leadership and community building.

In 2012, Brandon made his first investment in rental property in Memphis, marking the start of his journey in real estate. After moving to Tampa in 2014, he continued expanding his portfolio, purchasing his first Tampa property in 2015. Over the years, Brandon has transformed houses into homes, living in each for 1-2 years before moving on to his next investment. This strategic approach has allowed him to steadily build a portfolio of rental properties.
